The Sales Associate is responsible for, * Providing great customer service, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, cash register operations (POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy/store standards; * Sincerely greeting every guest as they enter the store and offering them assistance * Maintaining awareness of all promotions and advertisements; * Executing the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management; * Recommending, selecting, assisting, locating or obtaining merchandise based on the customer's needs and desires; * Answering customers' questions and provide information on procedures and policies; * Other job duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements : Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business. Must be punctual with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Must be a strong team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have excellent communication skills, organizational ability, pays high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
