As an AT&T Sales Trainee, you will educate business owners on the new high-speed services that are being introduced and the wireless options available that can improve their business operations. This position will involve demonstrating new services, building relationships with business owners, and learning how to develop skills in sales, business, and customer relations. AT &T Sales Trainee Responsibilities include: * Communicate with customers and business owners to assess and understand their service needs for their business, which can assist with improvements * With businesses, process any orders and manage accounts to set them up with AT&T's newest services available to them * Provide in-depth information about products and services to help customers make knowledgeable decisions * Troubleshoot problems, answer all inquiries, and find quality solutions to ensure a superior customer experience and increase customer retention.on * Build trust with customers and businesses for long-term relationships * Stay up to date on new services available and skills in this role for continued professional development to further your career AT &T Sales Trainee Qualifications: * Experience in a customer service or sales role prior is a plus * Interested in learning new product or service knowledge * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Commitment to ongoing learning improves customer experience * Strong problem-solving skills and an outgoing personality. * Excellent communication skills with experience working in a customer-based role AT &T Sales Trainee Overview: This position is a full-time employment position located in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses. * Pay: 100% commission - $70-$250 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. * Clients & Products: We work with AT&T, promoting and signing up new customers and businesses for their wireless and internet services * Location : Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
