: This is a Business Development Manager role with one of the top players in the mobile storage and container solutions industry. They provide modular/temporary space solutions to customers in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. It's an individual contributor position--not managing a team--where you'll be covering both the Baton Rouge and New Orleans markets , roughly a 100-mile radius from each yard. They're looking for someone with at least a couple years of experience in the container or related equipment rental industry--ideally someone with that hunter mentality who can grow existing accounts while driving new business. Baton Rouge is already an established market (5+ yrs) with a solid customer base, while New Orleans is a newer, untapped area with a ton of growth potential. You'd spend about 4 days a week in the field meeting customers and prospects, and one day working from your home office. Comp is a $75-$80K base with uncapped commission --top performers are earning around $150K total. They also offer a car allowance, 401K, cell phone, and company credit card. The fleet is in great shape, and there's a solid local support team handling dispatch and service. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
