Preferred Roofing is expanding in Oklahoma City and seeking experienced Sales Team Managers to recruit, train, and lead high-performing outside sales teams in a recession-resistant industry. This opportunity is ideal for proven door-to-door sales professionals ready to step into leadership while continuing to earn on their own performance. As a Sales Team Manager, you'll generate income in two powerful ways : commissions on your personal sales plus a 1% override on every deal your team closes --allowing your earnings to scale with your leadership.
