Position Summary This position is responsible for receiving, verifying, and processing all invoices and performing reconciliations. *Essential Functions * * Daily review of and processing of invoices. * Ensuring all appropriate documentation has been received to process invoices, including approvals and additional information as needed. * Recognize time sensitive invoicing and process accordingly. * Gather W9 and/or ACH information for new vendors, submit paperwork to add vendor to the AP system. * Research payments and/or past invoices as needed. * Provide payment details to and answer questions from vendors as needed.
