Your mission is to connect with qualified leads, build trust, and enroll clients into customized debt relief programs that offer real, long-term financial solutions. This is a performance-driven sales role where your ability to close deals, handle objections, and guide clients through a highly emotional and urgent decision-making process is key to your success. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone, email, and SMS to consult on their debt relief options. * Build rapport quickly, identify pain points, and explain program benefits in a clear, solution-focused manner. * Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to program enrollment. * Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals and KPIs. * Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. What You Bring: * Proven track record in Debt Settlement Sales. * Strong communication and persuasion skills. * 2 years of Debt Settlement Experience * A self-starter mindset with a hunger to hit goals and grow income. * Empathy and patience to connect with people under financial stress. Perks: * Deals paid Weekly * Top Commissions in Industry up to 2% per deal * All Inbound * Remote * 1099 position * 8-5 schedule no weekends Duties * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. * Operate the CRM system efficiently * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive sales experience. * Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish Experience * Must have a least 2 years in Debt Settlement -SPANISH a plus- Join our team as a Sales Representative where your skills will contribute to creating memorable customer experiences while driving business success!
