Your mission is to connect with qualified leads, build trust, and enroll clients into customized debt relief programs that offer real, long-term financial solutions. This is a performance-driven sales role where your ability to close deals, handle objections, and guide clients through a highly emotional and urgent decision-making process is key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone, email, and SMS to consult on their debt relief options.
• Build rapport quickly, identify pain points, and explain program benefits in a clear, solution-focused manner.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to program enrollment.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

What You Bring

:

• Proven track record in Debt Settlement Sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• 2 years of Debt Settlement Experience
• A self-starter mindset with a hunger to hit goals and grow income.
• Empathy and patience to connect with people under financial stress. Perks:

Duties

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Operate the CRM system efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive sales experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish Experience
• Must have a least 2 years in Debt Settlement -SPANISH a plus- Join our team as a Sales Representative where your skills will contribute to creating memorable customer experiences while driving business success! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
