Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with 5-10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate litigation, commercial loan transactions, and commercial landlord/tenant matters. The ideal candidate will have strongtransactional experience and be comfortable managing matters from start to finish while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: * Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financing, and closings. * Manage commercial loan transactions and related documentation. * Advise on commercial landlord/tenant matters. * Handle real estate litigation matters as needed. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. * Collaborate with clients and internal team members to provide strategic legal counsel. * Utilize legal practice management and case management systems to maintain accurate records and documentation. Qualifications: * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. * Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar. * 5-10 years of experience in real estate and commercial law. * Strong transactional experience is required. * Proficiency with legal technology and practice management systems. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
