Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with 5-10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate litigation, commercial loan transactions, and commercial landlord/tenant matters. The ideal candidate will have strongtransactional experience and be comfortable managing matters from start to finish while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financing, and closings.
• Manage commercial loan transactions and related documentation.
• Advise on commercial landlord/tenant matters.
• Handle real estate litigation matters as needed.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients and internal team members to provide strategic legal counsel.
• Utilize legal practice management and case management systems to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar.
• 5-10 years of experience in real estate and commercial law.
• Strong transactional experience is required.
• Proficiency with legal technology and practice management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Job Type: Full-time
