Our team has facilitated thousands of successful transactions, helping both established and new investors achieve their real estate goals. We are seeking a highly motivated Acquisition Broker for South King and Pierce Counties to identify, evaluate, and close profitable real estate deals. This commission-based role will focus on sourcing investment opportunities, working closely with investors, and managing transactions from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive, with a strong ability to build relationships with investors and partners. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be capable of managing a high volume of transactions and projects independently. As a client-facing role, you should be able to generate leads, follow up effectively, and successfully close deals, all while staying organized and focused on investor goals. Key Responsibilities: * Identify Investment Opportunities: Source potential properties through the MLS and market research, focusing on flip and cash investment deals. * Build and Manage Relationships: Work with existing and new investors to understand their goals and help identify suitable investment opportunities. * Close Deals: Lead negotiations, oversee the due diligence process, and close investment transactions. * Collaborate with Contractors: Work with investors and contractors to manage remodel project bids. * Analyze Profitability: Use financial models and market knowledge to assess property values and investment returns. * Track Progress: Update Salesforce to record and manage investor leads and transaction details. Qualifications: * Real estate license in the State of Washington. * Experience in real estate acquisitions or sales. * Strong analytical and sales skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. * Must have up-to-date transportation, a driver's license, and insurance as travel is required.
