Responsibilities: * Meet with clients in person to review their current coverage needs * Manage and service existing accounts throughout the Birmingham area * Present product options clearly and confidently * Complete all required applications and documentation accurately * Maintain consistent follow up with clients and prospects * Attend scheduled training, team meetings, and field appointments * Build strong relationships with clients and team members * Maintain a working knowledge of all available products and benefits * Commit to daily outreach to new and existing contacts Requirements: * Strong self discipline and personal accountability * Excellent time management with the ability to structure your own schedule * A genuine drive to reach personal and business goals * Ability to work directly with individuals and families face to face * Professional communication skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to pass a background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,086.88 - $90,568.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance * Retirement plan Work Location: In person
