The Brand Rep position offers in-depth training that encompasses all elements of our Sales; including how to manage teams to execute them. With the help of classroom style training, job shadowing, individual meetings, and networking; You will master: Marketing Strategies Promotional Advertising Customer Relationships Product Presentations Sales and Business Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage tasks simultaneously Personable, sociable, and outgoing. Builds quick relationships and rapport with others.
