Marchands Interior and Hardware is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable sales associate to add to our team in the flooring department. Job duties would include: - Meeting with clients to develop ideas for their home according to their needs and budget. -Providing on site measurements and follow up with estimates for the project. - Assisting in product selection. -Following the project through from initial contact to completion. -Work with installers to assure the end result the client anticipates. -Invoice the jobs upon completion Benefit Conditions: * Waiting period may apply Work Includes * Evenings * Weekends Paid Training: * Yes Pay frequency: * Every other week Management: * Store Manager Employees working per shift: * 5 or fewer Work Remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off * Retirement plan Work Location: In person
