Senior Insurance Account Manager Clear Lake, Iowa | Full-Time First Gabrielson Agency is a growing, independent insurance agency serving individuals and businesses with personalized, high-quality coverage solutions. As our agency continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Account Manager to join our team in our Clear Lake office. This role is ideal for an insurance professional who enjoys client relationships, technical work, and being part of a close-knit, forward-moving agency. Position Overview As a Senior Insurance Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting agents, servicing client accounts, and managing the full lifecycle of insurance policies. Your experience will help ensure our clients receive expert guidance and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities * Quote and process new business, including: * Working closely with agents * Determining appropriate markets * Field underwriting * Binding and issuing policies * Billing accounts * Analyze risk exposures to identify the best markets for placement * Service existing accounts, including: * Processing claims * Handling policy changes * Responding to agent and client inquiries * Process renewal accounts efficiently and accurately * Document and maintain up-to-date customer records Qualifications & Experience * Preferred: 5-10 years of insurance experience * Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent experience * Must obtain licenses in Personal Lines and Property & Casualty * Prior insurance sales and customer service experience (strongly preferred) * Bilingual language skills a plus * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships * Accurate data entry and typing skills * Basic computer proficiency Why Join First Gabrielson Agency? * We are a growing agency with long-term career opportunities * Supportive team environment with experienced professionals * Competitive compensation and benefits , including health insurance and 401(k) * Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Why Clear Lake, Iowa?
