We are looking to add an energetic and motivated INSIDE SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to our team. If you are hands-on, understand parts and mechanics, have experience in industrial sales, building components, machinery, and/or equipment installation, come join us! THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR HOUSTON, TX LOCATION! Responsibilities include: * Establish and maintain new and existing customer relationships * Engage with customers and introduce new products to satisfy customer needs * Learn product lines and identify potential sales opportunities * Process sales orders, assist with merchandise returns, and provide excellent customer service in a retail environment * Manage heavy volume inbound calls * Follow up with customers over the phone * Provide technical support as needed * Communicate with management to resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner * Other duties may be assigned Competencies: * Quick learner * Self-motivated * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment * Ability to problem solve Qualifications: * Must have at least 3 years of retail sales experience * Previous experience in a customer service/call center environment * Experience in Gate & Access Controls, Fencing, Steel/Metal, HVAC/Electrical or Home Automation with the ability to read and interpret product manuals is a PLUS * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite * Must have high school diploma * Bilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUS Competitive Compensation Package, Including: * Full Benefits Package * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Company 401K Plan * Profit Sharing Bonuses * Sales Commission * Competitive Pay Depending on Experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Experience: * Retail sales: 5 years (Preferred) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Houston, TX 77041 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
