Sapphire is seeking ambitious, bilingual individuals to join our growing team as a Bilingual Management Trainee. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for someone who is ready to launch a career in sales and business leadership. As a Bilingual Management Trainee, you'll work directly with customers to promote and sell wireless plans on behalf of one of the most recognized brands in telecommunications. From day one, you'll be on the front lines--learning how to manage customer accounts, close sales, and eventually lead a team of your own. The Bilingual Energy Sales Specialistprogram is designed to build your skills in real-time while setting you on a path toward management and long-term success. Responsibilities - Bilingual Energy Sales Specialist * As a Bilingual Management Trainee, you will engage directly with customers in-person, educating them on client products and services, answering questions, and closing sales in both English and Spanish. * You'll learn how to manage in-person sales campaigns and customer interactions in assigned territories. * You will be trained to track your own performance metrics, meet daily and weekly benchmarks, and contribute to team goals. * Handle objections, provide solutions, and create a positive, informed customer experience. The Bilingual Energy Sales Specialist is expected to build trust and long-term relationships with customers through excellent service. * Attend daily in-person training focused on enhancing communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Bilingual Energy Sales Specialist Overview: This position is a full time employment position located in Houston, TX. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers. * Pay: 100% commission - $100-$300 per scale. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. * Clients & Products: We work with B2B Energy promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless and internet services Location : Houston, TX Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
