The Great Backyard of Chattanooga is hiring! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic commission-only Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in their shopping experience. You will engage with customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to a positive store environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle transactions accurately will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently. * Handle cash and perform cash handling duties with accuracy. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales. * Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries via phone The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, and a passion for providing an exceptional experience for the customer. Retail sales experience preferred , but willing to train the right person. Paid Training. A background check is required. This position requires work five days a week, 10-6, though hours may vary some based on season. Saturdays are required. Sundays are 12-4 from May 1 through July 15 (Pool season).
