What We 're Looking For *Resilience - *the ability to bounce back from challenges and rejection *Drive - *motivation to thrive in a sales and target-driven environment *Confidence and energy - *strong communication skills and a proactive mindset *Understanding - *a willingness to learn the commercial side of recruitment and how to deliver value to both clients and candidates What You 'll Be Doing (Key Sales Responsibilities) This is a 360 sales role within recruitment - meaning you'll manage the full sales cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement: *Business development - *identifying and contacting new client companies to promote PRG's services, booking meetings, and demonstrating how we can support their hiring needs *Sales & account management - *understanding client requirements, negotiating terms, and building long-term commercial relationships *Candidate sourcing - *posting job adverts, headhunting using LinkedIn, and developing a strong personal brand to attract top talent *Consultative matching & interviews - *aligning candidate skills and goals with client requirements, conducting screening calls, and preparing candidates for interviews *Relationship building - *creating long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates to encourage repeat business and referrals If you're excited about launching a career that combines sales, people, performance, and progression - apply now!
