Responsibilities
) This is a 360 sales role within recruitment - meaning you'll manage the full sales cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement:
- Business development -
- identifying and contacting new client companies to promote PRG's services, booking meetings, and demonstrating how we can support their hiring needs
- Sales & account management -
- understanding client requirements, negotiating terms, and building long-term commercial relationships
- Candidate sourcing -
- posting job adverts, headhunting using LinkedIn, and developing a strong personal brand to attract top talent
- Consultative matching & interviews -
- aligning candidate skills and goals with client requirements, conducting screening calls, and preparing candidates for interviews
- Relationship building -
