Emerald Road Inc is looking for professional individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales Representative in Pittsburgh, PA. You will represent our clients within a hands-on, retail setting , create positive customer experience, build client and customer rapport. The ideal Retail Sales Representative is hardworking, values diversity, and enjoys contributing to an inclusive, collaborative team atmosphere The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for: * Supporting new and existing customers accounts set up. * Interacting face to face with our clients customers in our wholesale retail partner locations. * Adapt to new updates on our clients products and services to be able to accurately educate customers. * Building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers, clients, and the management team to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal Retail Sales Representative will fit the following description: * Self-motivated. * Solution-oriented. * Interpersonal communication and relationship building skills. * Leadership Experience (Formal or Informal) a PLUS. * Previous experience in Retail Sales, Hospitality - Restaurants, or any other people-oriented positions.
