Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance, a deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, and the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment. This is an in-office position offering a collaborative and professional work environment. Compensation Package * Salary : $65,000 - $70,000 per year * Comprehensive Benefits Package Responsibilities * Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service, advocacy, and professional communication. * Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing. * Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures. * Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy. * Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries. * Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information. Qualifications/Requirements * Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. * Experience : Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance. * Software Proficiency : Experience with Epic software preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment. * A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
