What You'll Do

• Run company-provided appointments with homeowners (no prospecting).
• Diagnose real issues in basements, foundations, and concrete--and sell real solutions.
• Close with confidence, integrity, and authority.
• Crawlspaces, basements, whatever it takes--you own the process.
• Drive your success with no caps, no limits, just opportunity.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of commission-driven sales experience (in-home or high-ticket preferred).
• Bonus: backgrounds in construction, HVAC, real estate, or in-home services.
• Fearless attitude, killer instincts, and competitive fire.
• Strong people skills--you listen, build trust, and close.
