What You Bring * 1+ years of commission-driven sales experience (in-home or high-ticket preferred). * Bonus: backgrounds in construction, HVAC, real estate, or in-home services. * Fearless attitude, killer instincts, and competitive fire. * Strong people skills--you listen, build trust, and close. * Valid driver's license and the willingness to go all in.
