Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services. The position offers a base pay plus multiple bonus opportunities. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities. * Making warm/cold calls. * Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets. * Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to streamline processes. * Participate in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and follow up with potential customers. Experience * 2+ years of proven Insurance Agency experience. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively. * Must be multi-task oriented. * Strong computer skills. * Experience in sales/telemarketing/prospecting will be beneficial for this role.
