Title: Remote CSR (Warm Transfer Agent) Pay: $17.00/hr with a 60-day income hold program that can equal up to $20.00/hr * A proven work-from-home model * Commissions begin after training * $100 monthly home office stipend * $1,000 Perfect Attendance Sign-On Bonus at 60 days * Ongoing performance incentives (recent prizes include NBA Store gifts, Echo Show, GoPro, Espresso machine, and more!) Role Highlights: * This is T-H (Temp-to-Hire) * Not a typical retail call center role - candidates from retail call centers (Gap, Maximus, etc.) typically do not fit well * Ideal profile: Sales + Customer Service experience, especially in Insurance call centers, time-share sales, or similar roles * Heavy phone work using an auto dialer * Must have a dedicated home workspace, high-speed internet (200/20 Mbps), and be directly connected to the modem * Work Schedule: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (PST) * Training: Candidates use their own equipment during the first week; company sends computer and monitor after that Next Training Class: Starts January 20, 2026 Your Mission: Engage with consumers and connect them to licensed insurance agents. Successful contractors are moved to full-time employee status within 12 months.
