Job description Position Summary: GOVIG is working with a senior living provider to find a Regional Director of Sales to cover multiple senior living communities in the Oklahoma City market. As the Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts within the assigned region. Responsibilities: * Trains, coaches, evaluates, develops and implements the community's sales plans working with the Sales Director, Executive Director and divisional leadership * Responsible for setting goals and objectives for the Sales Directors within the region and monitoring progress * Leads regional team training sessions with a focus on sales and marketing * Analyzes and monitors industry trends * Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Required Qualifications * A minimum of three years of sales and marketing leadership experience in senior living or a related field (healthcare, hospitality etc) * Previous experience in a multi-site leadership role * Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills * Ability to travel within the region * The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications * Exemplify and be an influential team player * Exude confidence and self-awareness * Engage personal style with strong interpersonal insight * Uphold the principals of our mission: to enrich life through meaningful relationships and vibrant communities * Express compassion for residents, staff and guests on a consistent basis * Engage others in fun and creative activities * Strive for excellence in all aspects of the job * Work with integrity in all interactions * Demonstrate humility assistedliving #regionaldirectorofsales #sales #management #memorycare indepedentliving Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Senior Living Sales: 3 years (Preferred) * Regional/Multi-Site Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Location: * Oklahoma City, OK 73115 (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
