Responsibilities * Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to generate new insurance leads. * Conduct detailed analysis of clients' insurance needs and present customized coverage options that align with their financial goals. * Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively to close sales while ensuring client satisfaction. * Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-up calls, and updating client records accurately. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and guiding clients through the insurance purchasing process. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. * Familiarity with the general sale process * Prior experience working within the Property and Casualty Insurance environment is a plus but not a requirement.
