Full description of the position
Our client is a small, family-owned independent insurance agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our collaborative team. This is a service-focused role managing a commercial book of business and supporting long-term client relationships. * What You 'll Do: * Manage and service commercial insurance accounts * Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes * Work closely with producers and carriers * Deliver responsive, high-quality client service What We 're Looking For: * 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience * Active P &C license required * Independent agency background preferred * Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player Compensation & Benefits: * $60,000 -$80,000 base salary + bonus * Health, dental & vision insurance * Paid time off & holidays * Retirement plan * Supportive, family-oriented culture If you're looking for stability, teamwork, and a long-term home in insurance, we'd love to connect.Goodwin Recruiting
