We're currently hiring In-Home Roofing Sales Consultants to help homeowners get premium roofing solutions with the best customer experience in Texas. No roofing experience required! You'll train hands-on and learn from industry experts so you can confidently inspect, present, and close deals. What You 'll Do * Meet with homeowners and perform roof inspections * Communicate the scope of work and help guide them through the project * Use company-provided leads (no cold calling or door knocking) * Build your own local pipeline through proven systems * Deliver the best customer experience in the industry * Collaborate with production and insurance teams You will not have to: * Cold call * Pay for leads * Knock cold neighborhoods We'll train you to follow a proven system that helps you generate hot leads and close deals confidently.
