We offer excellent pay, full-time employment, medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off. * Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Custom & Semi-Custom Cabinets * Location:* Central Texas Reports To: Executive Leadership Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Field/Remote Role * Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of our custom and semi-custom cabinet lines, sold directly to production, semi- custom, and luxury home builders throughout Central Texas. This is a high- impact, field-based role focused on new business development, strategic account management, and territory expansion. The ideal candidate thrives in a hybrid environment--splitting time between in-territory travel for client engagement and remote work for planning, reporting, and virtual meetings. You'll play a critical role in identifying and securing new builder accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, and serving as a trusted senior advisor to key clients. * Required Knowledge and Experience * 10+ years of proven success selling building products--preferably cabinets, millwork, or interior finishes--to residential builders * Demonstrated ability to win new builder accounts and scale them to significant annual revenues * In-depth understanding of home-building cycles, procurement processes, and construction project timelines * Proficient with modern CRM platforms and virtual meeting tools * Familiarity with builder procurement systems, schedules, and operational workflows Sales Mindset * A hunter-first mentality with the tenacity to drive new business * Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to nurture long-term relationships Work Style * Self-directed and field-based, capable of managing time and priorities independently * Communicates effectively and resolves challenges without close supervision * Responsibilities New Business Development * Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified builders * Conduct outreach, product demos, showroom tours, and compelling proposals that convert leads into active customers Sales Cycle Management * Lead the full sales process: pricing, contract negotiation, and closing * Tailor solutions that align with builder needs and market dynamics Onboarding & Implementation * Collaborate with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure flawless first deliveries * Define success metrics and onboarding milestones with each new account Strategic Account Management * Act as the senior relationship manager for top accounts * Lead regular business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and manage issue escalations Forecasting & Reporting * Maintain accurate funnel and forecast data in CRM * Deliver monthly/quarterly sales reports and market insights to leadership Issue Resolution * Proactively identify and resolve order, service, or installation issues Market Intelligence * Stay ahead of trends in housing starts, builder mergers, code shifts, and design preferences * Recommend product and service enhancements based on field insights Sales Process Optimization * Promote CRM best practices and improve quote-to-cash cycle efficiency * Foster collaboration across sales, design, and operations teams * Why Join Us Autonomy Operate with significant independence--set your strategy, schedule, and cadence with support from a nimble, responsive manufacturing partner offering both semi-custom and fully custom capabilities.
