About Us: Menehune Water Company is a locally owned water delivery company committed to providing high-quality, purified drinking water to our community. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and pure, refreshing water to homes and businesses island-wide. Job Description Position Overview: We are looking for motivated and self-driven Contracted Commissioned Sales Representatives to join the Menehune Water team. In this role, you will generate new business, establish relationships with potential customers, and close sales for our 5-gallon water delivery service. This is a contracted, commission-based position that requires the use of your own vehicle for new customer initial setup and delivery of water and dispensers island-wide. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Identify and target potential residential and commercial customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, online research, and events. Daily in-house leads provided. * Sales Delivery: Deliver products to new customers, provide thorough service explanations, and set up products as needed. Product delivery and setup are completed using a non-company vehicle island-wide. * Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer water needs and highlighting the benefits of our 5-gallon delivery service. * Product Knowledge: Understand our products and services, including water quality, pricing, and delivery schedules, to effectively communicate value to customers. * Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales pitches tailored to the specific needs of potential customers. * End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle, including initial contact, closing the sale, completing documentation, and collecting payments. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout. * Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to support company growth. * Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a direct sales role. * High moral and ethical standards; honesty, respect, and trustworthiness are essential. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * General Excise (GE) Tax License. * Ability to lift 50+ lbs. * Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and related applications. * Self-motivated and results-oriented. * Reliable transportation. * Familiarity with the local community and demographics is a plus.
