Nominee Director / Account Manager Location: Dallas / Irving, TX (In-Office) Schedule: ~35 hours per week Compensation: $2,500 - $3,000 per month ($18-20/hr equivalent) Employment Type: Full-time Contract Entry-Level with Executive Exposure About the Role Shah Equity Partners LLC, a U.S.-registered financial management firm with operations across hedge funds, private equity, and venture development, is seeking a discreet, detail-oriented Nominee Director / Administrative Associate to support our Texas operations. This is not a traditional admin position -- it combines light executive administration with a nominee directorship role for several limited liability companies. You'll appear as the on-record managing member for certain entities for compliance and structural purposes only , while the operational and decision-making authority remains with Shah Equity's internal board. All activities are conducted strictly under U.S. federal and New York State corporate law with full transparency and legal oversight. Key Responsibilities * Serve as nominee director / authorized representative on record for designated LLCs. * Assist with filing company formation documents, renewals, and annual compliance reports. * Coordinate with our legal and accounting teams to ensure all entities remain in good standing. * Recruit and manage additional nominee directors or administrative proxies as needed. * Handle ad-hoc executive administration: document management, meeting scheduling, and basic correspondence. * (Optional) Support our social-media division with brand communications if skilled in digital engagement. Who We 're Looking For * U.S. citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Texas. * Minimum age 21+ ; must have a clean civil and criminal record. * Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication. * Comfortable signing legal documents as a nominee officer (non-decision-making capacity). * Strong integrity, confidentiality, and ability to manage sensitive information. * Experience in administration, finance, or compliance preferred but not required -- we 'll train you. Compensation & Benefits * Up to $3,000 monthly base pay ($36,000 annually equivalent). * Opportunity for up to 10 -15 % performance bonuses. * Flexible working hours (primarily weekdays). * Hybrid structure -- some tasks can be done remotely. * Executive mentorship and exposure to international financial operations.
