This position plays an important role in achieving store goals while representing Duty Free Holding's brand standards. Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction * Assess customer needs and assist with product features and recommendations * Welcome customers and respond to inquiries * Work toward achieving department sales goals * Take initiative to drive sales and improve customer experience * Keep assigned areas stocked, organized, and presentable * Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and available options * Process POS (point-of-sale) transactions * Cross-sell and recommend additional products when appropriate * Handle merchandise returns * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations * Build positive and lasting customer relationships * Follow inventory control procedures Requirements & Qualifications * Previous experience as a retail sales associate, sales representative, or similar role preferred * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Experience with POS transactions * Familiarity with inventory procedures * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented * Reliable means of transportation to and from work * Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude * Ability to perform under pressure and resolve customer concerns effectively * Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to successfully complete a background check to obtain an airport badge Education Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficiency in English (verbal and written) * Basic math skills Physical Requirements * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts * Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds (such as product boxes or store supplies) * Stamina to work during both high-traffic periods and slower times when fewer customers are present Schedule * Rotating schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays required) * Part Time: approximately 20 hours per week * Breaks include 30 minutes for full-time shifts (in compliance with company policy and applicable law) Location * Work Location: In person, Nogales, AZ 85621 * Ability to commute reliably to Nogales, AZ 85621 required * Relocation to Nogales, AZ 85621 prior to start date (if applicable) Duty Free Holding is an equal opportunity employer.
