If you're ready to build a career with a supportive team that appreciates your efforts and rewards your success, we want to hear from you. * What You 'll Do: As an Outside Sales Representative , or as we call them Design Specialists, you'll meet with homeowners and business owners during pre- scheduled appointments (plus leads you generate yourself) to diagnose foundation, crawlspace, and concrete concerns. You'll act as a trusted advisor, crafting customized solutions that bring real value to our customers. * Key Responsibilities: * Perform thorough on-site inspections, including crawlspaces and basements, to identify structural or moisture issues. * Deliver engaging presentations and explain technical solutions in clear, relatable terms. * Create detailed proposals outlining recommended services, pricing, and timelines. * Build trust by staying current on products, methods, and regulations. * Collaborate with installation crews to ensure seamless project execution. * Cross-sell services when appropriate by identifying multiple home solution needs. * Proactively generate leads through referrals, outreach, and community events. * Maintain strong client relationships with exceptional communication and follow-through.
