Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our multi- property sales initiatives within the Hilton Select Service portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development , account management , and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple properties through outside sales , territory management , and customer relationship management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic sales team, develop innovative marketing strategies, and expand our market presence in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across multiple Hilton properties.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities through lead generation , cold calling , and networking.
- Manage existing accounts while cultivating new relationships through effective account management and personalized customer service.
- Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to prospective clients, emphasizing the value of our offerings.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals through strong negotiation skills, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Oversee territory management by analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Lead the sales team by providing mentorship, training on inside and outside sales techniques, and fostering a high-performance environment.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Experience
- Proven success in sales management , particularly in B2B , technology sales , or related fields such as retail sales or hospitality.
- Extensive experience with territory management , lead generation , and executing both inside and outside sales strategies.
- Strong background in using CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective product demonstrations, upselling, and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in developing marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand positioning.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize revenue opportunities.
