In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs with ease and expertise. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Assist customers with policy information, coverage options and claims processes. * Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry in our systems. * Educate customers on available insurance products and services to enhance their coverage. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention of policies. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experiences. * Stay updated on industry trends and Allstate products to provide informed advice. * Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and processing payments. Requirements: * Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the first 45 days. * Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software. * Positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
