Position Summary The Bilingual Account Coordinator for Engaged Financial fosters strong customer relationships while balancing the management of Engaged Financial Clients. This position is the main contact for Engaged Financial clients on a daily basis and provides account oversight. Manages frontline audits and risk analysis for the assigned book of business. Able to multi-task between a large amount of client calls and emails while providing a level of customer service EF clients have become accustomed to. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to the following: * Provide excellent customer service to clients * Build and maintain relationships with Engaged Financial clients * Onboard, manage, and grow customer accounts * Monitor ongoing credit and terms of customer accounts adjusting credit limits appropriately * Provide customer training during implementation * Invoice auditing and analysis * Assist with posting payments and reconciliation of funds received * Inquire and communicate account status with customers * Monitor customer past due amounts. Contact customers, as necessary, to work out payment arrangements and/or escalate collection efforts * Act as a support contact for client disputes and resolution of issues * Multi-task between high volume of calls and emails from clients * Meet daily bank deadlines and work under pressure * Other administrative duties as required Required Skills and Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
