Job Type: Full-time, Hourly Pay: $21.00-$26.00per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm Location: Houston, TX Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to support our small manufacturing plant's sales operations, customer communications, and order fulfillment. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, logistics, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely shipments. Responsibilities: * Handle customer requests, inquiries, and complaints * Manage customer emails, incoming calls, and in-person interactions * Coordinate shipment information and logistics with customers * Process customer purchase orders and maintain internal/external communication * Prepare sales orders, BOLs, pallet sheets, and final invoices for all sales * Communicate order status with planning and production teams * Support sales team with samples and trade show requests * Monitor sales deductions with accounting, brokers, and sales teams * Maintain daily shipping schedules, inventory levels, and production planning logs * Oversee palletizing and adjust shipping documents as needed * Create sales and fulfillment reports for management Qualifications: * Previous customer service, sales coordination, or order processing experience preferred * Strong organizational and communication skills * Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel * Experience with Sage X3 ERP or similar systems is a plus * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Language: * Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
