Full description of the position

We are seeking a Sales professional to drive growth with national accounts. This individual will generate new client relationships, nurture existing partnerships, and represent the company as a trusted advisor for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction sales , excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to secure multimillion-dollar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, owners, architects, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in industries such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use development.
• Track pipeline activity, proposals, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• experience in construction business development, commercial real estate, or related industries.
• Established network with developers, property owners, or corporate real estate leaders preferred.
• Proven track record of closing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity with regular travel across the region. What We Offer
