Home Design & Remodeling Solutions (Cabinets Countertops Custom Window Treatments) About the Opportunity We are expanding our sales force and seeking motivated, relationship-driven Sales Associates / Outside Sales Consultants to represent two complementary home-design brands under one umbrella: Cabinet Guys and LadyBug Blinds. This is not a traditional single-product sales role. Our consultants offer full-home solutions, allowing for larger project scopes, stronger client relationships, and multiple income streams through direct sales and referrals. What You 'll Be Selling You will represent both brands, either directly or through a structured referral model: Cabinet Guys: - Custom and semi-custom cabinetry - Countertops (quartz, granite, solid surface, etc.) - Kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodel solutions - Builder and contractor projects LadyBug Blinds: - Custom blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery - Motorization and smart-home options - In-home design consultations - Professional measuring and installation You are not required to be an expert in everything on day one. Training, tools, and brand-specific support are provided. Key Responsibilities - Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with homeowners and trade partners - Identify opportunities across both brands within a single conversation - Sell directly or refer clients internally to the appropriate brand specialist - Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, realtors, and designers - Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community presence - Track activity and follow-ups through company systems - Maintain professional brand representation for both companies Compensation Structure This is a performance-based role with multiple earning paths, including: - Commission on direct sales - Referral commissions between brands - Upside from larger project scopes - No cap on earnings Specific commission details will be discussed during the interview process.
