What You Will Do * Show homes to qualified buyers and guide them through the full purchase process. * Help clients refine their needs, wants, and budget based on active market inventory. * Study local communities, neighborhoods, and market trends so you can confidently advise clients. * Respond quickly and professionally to calls, texts, and emails, because our reputation is built on responsiveness. * Maintain CRM notes, follow-up sequences, and communication timelines. * Deliver an exceptional client experience that leads to repeat and referral business.
