Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Career Growth Opportunities Health Insurance Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Requirements * Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry. * Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate a sales team. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and solutions. * Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions. * Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed to meet clients and stakeholders. * Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
