Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to outside sales and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties * Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. * Conduct thorough presentations of vehicle features, benefits, and financing options. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, automotive products, and competitor offerings. * Utilize sales support software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and document sales activities. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall dealership performance. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. * Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications * Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred; outside sales experience is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Proficient in using software applications related to sales support and customer relationship management. * A genuine interest in the automotive industry with a willingness to learn about new products. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
