Extension is seeking an Account Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Port Washington, WI! About Our Client * Stable company, family-feel culture * Opportunity to work 1:1 with well known companies in the industry * Consultative, relationship driven sales strategy Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities * Manage and grow relationships with key customers * Review customer prints, designs, and models to assess technical fit with manufacturing capabilities * Collaborate with Engineering to develop and execute account strategies * Coordinate technical discussions and seminars with customers to explore new project opportunities * Support new project launches and ensure smooth handoff from design to production * Travel regularly to customer sites to strengthen relationships and drive growth Desired Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 2+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within manufacturing * Experience selling metal stamping, fabrication, or engineered manufacturing solutions * Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) * Ability to travel 40-50% of the time Salary & Schedule Information * Onsite in Port Washington, WI * Fulltime, Monday-Friday * $65,000 - $75,000 base salary (no commission) We're looking forward to connecting with you and are excited to help you make your next career move!
