About us We are a fast growing Independent Agency in Fargo, ND. We specialize in commercial insurance but also offer personal lines. We have a wide range of competitive carriers and have won many awards over the last several years for our growth and production as a whole. Duties: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Conduct insurance policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and identify opportunities for upselling - Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions of policies - Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products - Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims resolution process - Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Skills: - Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - Proficient in using insurance software systems for policy management and documentation - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive compensation, including benefits administration, for the right candidate.
