We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join our ground breaking team! We are passionate about our mission, our people, and our patients! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue through referrals to our outpatient centers. Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities * Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team * Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement * Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting * Report on team and individual performance * Develop and execute innovative sales strategies * Build and form new partnerships with potential clients * Conduct field rides with each representative at least 2 x per quarter * Train and develop representatives on best practices to increase results * Train new representatives to onboard in new territories. * Oversee all sales and sales support staff. Qualifications: * Previous experience in referral based healthcare sales required. * Healthcare management experience required. * Experience as a supervisor or manager required. * Familiarity with CRM platforms. * Strong leadership qualities. * Ability to build rapport with clients. * Sales training experience. * Field coaching experience. * Must live within NYC/5 boroughs.
