Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in territory management, and customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service . Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers within a territory * Manage display towers and samples at customer locations * Quote prices and communicate with customer and General Sales Manager when orders are placed * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients * Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions. * Collaborate with sales team to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness. * Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the marketplace. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities for product demos and client interactions. * Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships in the industry.
