We are a high end beauty spa specializing in selling facial treatments for all ages. Our stores are located all around the US. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are willing to learn our system and want to make a lot of money. We are looking for energetic sales associates with morals and respect to others. As a Sales representative you should be excited to learn our sales techniques and enthusiastic about customer service! You create a fun young and vibrant work environment everyday by keeping the store beautiful, the sales high, and your customers satisfied! We offer a fun and young work atmosphere with weekly bonuses and monthly targets. JOB REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma, * fluent English language. * 1-2 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. * Adheres to Cosmetic skin care, dress code standards and maintain a professional appearance. * Ability to work nights and weekends * Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products and service. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships. * Cosmetics artistry experience required. * strong communication skills. * ability to stand long hours. * the most important is the need to look at your best when going to work and be in love with your profession.
