Full description of the position

What You Will Do: * Design, sell, and guide clients through the installation process * Run inhome and inshowroom design consultations * Ask lifestyle, function, and style questions to uncover needs * Accurately measure spaces and document site conditions * Use any CAD software you are comfortable with (Mozaik, 2020, Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) to produce layouts & 3D renderings * Present designs and close the sale confidently * Prepare detailed selections, pricing, and proposals * Handoff closed design packets to the production team * Communicate clearly with clients, installers, and project management Lead Flow: * Cabinet Worx provides the majority of leads * You will also be encouraged to build your own pipeline through: * Referrals * Realtors * Builders * Remodelers * Architects and designers * Neighborhood projects and repeat clients Top performers in this industry routinely grow a six-figure income by generating their own relationships on top of inbound leads.
