What Youll Do This is a field-based, commission-driven role where your hustle and hands-on skills go hand-in-hand. * Prospect & Sell: Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses to identify gasket replacement needs and pitch our services. * Close Deals: Follow up on leads, return to previous estimates, and convert interest into paid work. * Install & Repair: Replace refrigeration gaskets and minor hardware on-site (youll be kneeling, crawling, and using hand tools). * Deliver Service: Represent the company with professionalism, speed, and a friendly attitude. * Stay Organized: Use QuickBooks Online and Salesforce to log jobs and manage prospects. * Stay Mobile: Use your own reliable vehicle to travel between client locations throughout your territory. * Dont worrywe provide full training on our products and installation process. What Were Looking For * Outgoing and personableyou enjoy starting conversations with new people. * Mechanically inclinedyoure good with tools and dont mind physical work. * Sales experienceespecially in field sales or B2B outreach. * Tech-savvycomfortable using apps, navigation, Salesforce, and QuickBooks. * Reliableown transportation and a valid drivers license are a must. * Growth-mindedyour hustle determines your paycheck.
