LHH is partnering with a leading media organization in New York City to fill an Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections consulting opportunity. This open-ended engagement is based in a beautiful Midtown Manhattan office with a hybrid schedule, providing an excellent balance of collaboration and flexibility. Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end accounts receivable, including billing, payment application, and collections follow-up * Prepare customer invoices accurately and maintain timely billing cycles * Monitor and analyze aging reports, escalating past-due accounts when necessary * Research and resolve discrepancies, short payments, and misapplied cash * Maintain accurate customer account records and support month-end close * Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues Qualifications * Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred * 3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, and/or collections experience * Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs * Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems * Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through $25-37/hr Pay Details: $25.00 to $37.00 per hour Search managed by: Shoshana Ronen Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
